Job Title This is a UD Pack, A2 Shift 7pm-7:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday (15% Diff). Responsibilities Setup and maintain above target OEE performance across two value streams or equivalent. Troubleshoot higher level issues to reduce downtime and increase efficiencies. Drive 5S of parts and tooling across the value streams. Maintain change parts and tooling in base condition. Initiate work orders in the CMMS (Maximo) for repairs/improvements. Follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution. Communicate improvement opportunities through cross functional groups and the setup team. Troubleshoot vision system faults and implement resolutions. Troubleshoot minor equipment related issues and perform repairs. Qualifications High school education or equivalent; a technical certificate or degree is preferred. Electro/Mechanical experience, skills and knowledge required. Previous technical experience with packaging equipment is preferred. Minimum one year as a Packing Line Technician or equivalent experience. Knowledge of vision system faults and resolutions.
