Join an Internal Medicine practice in the Asheboro/Greensboro, NC area.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive medical care to patients both independently and collaboratively with healthcare team members.
- Examining, diagnosing, and ordering diagnostic tests; prescribing medications.
- Developing and managing treatment plans, including preventive care and health maintenance.
- Educating patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments.
- Referring patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Communicating with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, quality patient care.
- Maintaining detailed medical records and documenting patient care activities.
Qualifications And Skills
- Some experience in internal medicine required.
- Must be licensed in North Carolina and Board certified in Internal Medicine.
Compensation:
Salary based on MGMA data, at the upper percentile range.
