Location: Seattle, WA. Hybrid with some onsite work expected. 5 yrs Contract

Systems: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll for North America, performance, Self-Service), PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 (AP, Purchasing, GL, Project Costing, Billing, AR, Asset Management), Oracle Taleo Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Lead fit/gap sessions with business SMEs and map requirements to PeopleSoft functionality
• Perform impact analysis for new features delivered through PeopleSoft Images
• Design, configure and test PeopleSoft modules in line with business processes and integrations
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents and functional test scripts
• Develop and run system, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support integrations (Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, inbound/outbound data such as payroll and person updates)
• Contribute to scope documents, project plans, risk registers and change management

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and/or Financials (FSCM) modules
• PeopleSoft Query, workflow (Notification Composer) and module configuration
• Familiarity with Integration Broker and Component Interfaces
• Strong communication and ability to explain impacts across modules
