Location:Seattle office (Eastlake Ave E) + hybrid work across King County
Schedule:Flexible hours, typically MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation:$72,000$85,000/year, depending on experience

What Youll Do
As a Clinical Case Manager at redpoint, youll work one-on-one with clients in a variety of settings at our Seattle office, in their homes, in the community, or via Telehealth. Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team helping clients achieve goals related to:
- Mental and behavioral health
- Relationships and communication
- Self-expression and identity
- Vocational and educational success
- Life skills and independence
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing coaching and support tailored to each clients goals
- Assisting with advocacy, benefits navigation, and personal development
- Coordinating care with other providers (e.g., psychiatrists, therapists, community resources)
- Facilitating family meetings and managing related communications
- Maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential information with care
What Were Looking For:
- Associate-level license in Washington State (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or social services (practicum experience accepted)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with community resources, including state and federal benefits
- Reliable transportation and a valid WA State Drivers License
- Experience working with young adults and adults (preferred)
