Our Practice offers a comprehensive range of ENT services, including: Allergy and Immunology Audiology Dermatology Otolaryngology Speech Pathology We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate Part time Otolaryngologist to join our team! Key Responsibilities Support efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem‑solving, and patient care activities. Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications. Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care. Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and infection control. Maintain accurate, complete medical records and ensure proper coding/documentation. Attend meetings, CME, and professional development activities per policy. Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, professional standards, and all applicable regulations. Education / Certifications / License Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification Board Certification in specialty area of medical practice Federal DEA License CDS Certification Basic life support HealthCare Provider (BLS Provider) Malpractice Insurance What Awaits You? Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 10.00/hour - Maximum 200.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
