Advocate Health is actively recruiting a Neurologist to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at the Aurora Medical Center   in   Fond du Lac, WI-just an hour away from Milwaukee.

 
Position highlights:

• General Neurology-Enjoy excellent clinical and operational support
  • Subspecialists willing to see general Neurology are also invited to apply
  • Extensive referral base
  • EEG/EMG services a plus
  • Epic EMR
  • 1 clinic-1 Hospital (10 beds) with Acute/Tele-stroke support and minimal call
• 3-year Guarantee $402,428 - $402,428
  • Up to $200,000 in sign on bonus and Student Loan Forgiveness 
  • We are a 501c3 organization and positions qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
• Up to $180,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot , an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
• Experience  an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
• Visa Support Available- J1 waiver location and H1B visa support 

  Training and/or experience required:

• Completion of an ABMS accredited residency and/or fellowship program
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neurology and related fellowship 
• New Grads and experience providers are encouraged to apply
