Jewelry Sales Associate

Bradenton, FL  ·  Part-time, 15–25 hours/week  ·  $20/hour

About Us

Primo Gold is a gold jewelry store in Bradenton specializing in 14k solid gold pieces, including traditional Mexican-style designs. We’re a small, customer-first team focused on quality jewelry, honest pricing, and relationships that bring people back for life’s big moments.

What You’ll Do

•      Greet customers, understand what they’re looking for, and help them find the right piece

•      Explain gold karat, weight, and quality differences clearly and honestly

•      Close sales, process payments, and handle layaway, sizing, and repair intake

•      Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked

•      Follow security and inventory procedures, including opening and closing the store

•      Build a client base through follow-ups and referrals

•      Follow business process to ensure proper and clean accounting on sales and inventory

What We’re Looking For

•      1+ year of retail or sales experience (jewelry experience a plus)

•      Warm, confident communicator who enjoys helping people

•      Trustworthy and detail-oriented; comfortable handling high-value merchandise

•      Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

•      Able to pass a background check
