Registered Nurse ICU

$2227.68/week

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during 12-hour evening shifts and every other weekend/holiday rotations. The nurse will deliver comprehensive critical care in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs, EEGs, and other critical parameters, responding to changes promptly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active RN license with current CPR and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and equipment.
  
  
• 
  Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in life-threatening situations.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification is required.
