Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills to ensure predictable dentistry. Strong communication skills to instill confidence in patients. Willingness to add to your existing skills repertoire if not already proficient (endo, implant surgery, sleep). Our core values are certainty, confidence, authenticity, and inner harmony.

Job Description

-Exams: periodic (~8/workday), limited, comprehensive
-Restorative dentistry: composites (posterior, anterior cosmetic bonding)
-Fixed prosthodontics: CAD/CAM crown and bridge, scanbody for implant crown placement
-Endodontics: very limited, molar experience a plus
-Oral surgery: very limited, occasional extractions
-Removable prosthodontics: very limited, occasional repairs by lab Rx
-Orthodontics: diagnosis of malocclusion issues (principal dentist handles Invisalign treatment planning for kids, teens, adults)
-Airway: diagnosis of sleep-disordered breathing (principal dentist handles dental treatment)
-TMJ: diagnosis of bruxism (principal dentist handles neoromodulator treatment), Rx occlusal guards
-Esthetics: willingness to discuss additional facial esthetics

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours:
Monday, Tuesday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am-4:30pm
Thursday: 7:30am-3:30pm
Fridays: 2 per month 7:30am-12:30pm
- Weekend Work: liaise w/ assistant covering AI calls needing doctor attention. Average: 1 per weekend.
