ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Acute Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Job Description The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Responsibilities Utilize the Nursing Process to provide high-quality patient care. Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in clinical scenarios. Delegate patient care priorities effectively among the care team. Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel. Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. Schedule Shifts can be either Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a rotation to Wednesday and Thursday the next week. Will be required to take on-call one weekend a month. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have 2 years of recent Skilled RN experience. Must have ACLS & BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association). Vent/trach experience preferred. Knowledge of central lines and preferred wound care experience. Must have NC or multi-state compact RN license. Why ARMStaffing?
