We're hiring! A medical receptionist

Our department is growing and fast-paced, and we are excited to welcome a medical receptionist/scheduler who is bilingual in English and Spanish to our team!
This is a long-term opportunity with purpose and impact—perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a busy environment. You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Greet and register patients upon arrival
- Collect co-pays and payments
- Communicate with patients via fax and text
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished phone etiquette
- Must type 40 + words a minute
Schedule
- This is a full-time position (30 hours per week), scheduled is Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
