Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in a post-acute care setting
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goals
• Maintain a schedule aligned with assigned shift days (Sun–Thurs or Tues–Sat)

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a day-shift schedule
• Ability to commit to a 16-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a post-acute or similar rehabilitation care setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
