This role is ideal for recent graduates who have completed academic projects involving data analysis or data engineering and are eager to start their career in a dynamic environment.**Location:** Charlotte, North Carolina## Responsibilities* Assist in data collection, cleaning, and transformation for analytics and reporting.* Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.* Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and databases.* Collaborate with senior team members to analyze datasets and generate insights.* Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.* Academic experience with data-related projects (data analysis, database design, or similar).* Strong knowledge of SQL (must-have).* Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and relational databases.* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.## Preferred Skills* Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for data manipulation.* Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) during academic projects.* Understanding of basic concepts in data warehousing or ETL processes.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 60,000 - 65,000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
