Job Summary Position: Home Health Admissions RN (Weekends) Location: Saginaw, MI Employee type: Full‑time (40 hours per week) Responsibilities Weekend home health registered nurses lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans for patients in Saginaw and surrounding areas. Provide clinical care, conduct daily charting and documentation with timely completion, and participate in orientation and ongoing training sessions.
