Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide guidance and supervision to RBTs assigned to cases. Duties: Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB Experience working with children with autism Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers Job Type: Full Time Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 2% matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday License/Certification: BCBA license (Required) Ability to Relocate: Colorado (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid Our Values: Compassion: We prioritize kindness and empathy in all our interactions.
