Job summary : To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage and competence to achieve their dreams, contribute to community, and engage in a lifetime of learning by performing clerical tasks that facilitate the Department of Learning & Achievement.



Responsibilities and tasks include:

• Inventory and organize curricular materials
• Label curricular materials
• Prepare materials to be shipped to sites

Minimum qualifications include:

• Minimum age - 16 years old
• Basic data entry experience
• Physical ability to operate a hand cart and possibly a pallet jack, work comfortably and safely while on a ladder, carry science kits safely, and frequently lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Customer service skills.

Job Type: Summer Casual (up 40 hours per week, may vary by week). Flexible schedule but generally within 8:30 AM to 3:30 pm.

Salary : Class 1, Step 1 or current Class 1 rate on the ESP Salary Schedule, whichever is higher
