The schedule is full-time, with days varying from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Prior cook experience is preferred but not required. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour. Job Summary The Grill Cook prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time. Serve food efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper temperature, attractiveness, and taste. Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain records. Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control. Transport food items safely between workstations. Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors. Attend safety and in-service meetings. Foster good relationships with coworkers and management. Perform job safely and maintain a clean work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.
