Call Center Manager

This role is responsible for turning activity into results: keeping agents on pace, monitoring performance, improving conversion, and making sure the team consistently executes against its goals. This is not a role for someone who simply watches the numbers. It’s for a hands-on leader who knows how to drive accountability, solve performance issues, and create an environment where sales professionals are motivated to perform.
