Berglund Automotive — a family-owned dealership group with 10 locations and 20+ brands across Virginia — is seeking experienced Certified Automotive Technicians ready to grow in a professional, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems with accuracy
Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission diagnostics
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment

What You Bring

Current OEM certification (any major brand)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with modern scan tools and repair technology
Commitment to quality workmanship and accountability
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
