Internal Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join our growing team in our Kansas City Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and making a direct impact on business success. This role would be in person at our KC Branch.

This position is being offered as a temp-to-hire opportunity , providing the chance to demonstrate your skills and transition into a permanent role with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of open positions.

• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation.

• Partner with Branch leadership to identify current and future staffing needs.

• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ATS systems is a plus.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
