Job Information Facility: Phelps Health Medical Center Position: Physical Therapist (PT), Outpatient Shift: Full Time Days Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday Sign On Bonus: $15,000 About the Team Phelps Health Outpatient Physical Therapy Services located in Rolla, Missouri provides comprehensive rehabilitation care for pediatric and adult patients across a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions. Our outpatient team serves Rolla and the surrounding south‑central Missouri communities, delivering patient‑centered care through evidence‑based practice and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
