Beaver Street Food Co. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and are available during OSU home athletic games. In this role, you'll play a key part in processing customer orders, assembling items, and assisting with general food service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record all sales transactions through our Point-of-Sale system.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory control procedures.
• Set up, stock, open, maintain, and close your assigned spaces and/or stations.
• Prepare and gather food items for customer orders.
• Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized bar area.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide excellent dining experience.
• Serve alcohol responsible, following all OLCC and Location guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older for this position
• Food Handler card (or ability to obtain one).
• OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to working at home games and athletic events, including evenings, weekends and varying start times as needed.
