Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique situations and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, attending regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation processes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as workshops, webinars, and training to remain informed about the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Revive and Thrive, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role is critical in providing compassionate care tailored to the individual needs of each client, promoting overall mental wellness and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling role.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.
