Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an opportunity that involves providing exceptional patient care in a clinical setting. The position requires experienced professionals with a strong background in patient management and clinical procedures.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous Charge Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Patient Ratio Experience: Familiarity with patient ratios in clinical settings.
• Charting System Experience: Experience with the Epic charting system is required.
• Travel Experience: Not specified but preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.

• Community Hospital Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Patient Age Groups: Experience with adults and geriatrics required.

Unit Details

The unit operates with the following patient ratios:

• Days: 4 patients per nurse
• Nights: 4 patients per nurse
• Weekends: 4 patients per nurse

Additional Information

Clinicians must have current work references and relevant experience in their discipline. Candidates should be prepared to float between nearby facilities as needed. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.

Work Environment

This position will require commitment to working holidays and may involve pre-approved time off. Orientation hours are provided, and all necessary training will be completed prior to starting the position.
