Construction Manager
This opportunity is for a Project Manager overseeing construction of new custom homes at various job sites. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining communication with clients and subcontractors.
Prior experience in new home construction, particularly custom homes, is required.
Location: Waxhaw, NC

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear and frequent communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage all aspects of construction from design to completion, including subcontractor selection, safety management, and budget adherence.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with average home prices ranging up to $525-625k.
- Build and lead a successful project team while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential construction, ideally in on-your-lot or scattered lot building.
- Proven track record in project management and new construction operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
