A Driver Helper supports delivery drivers with the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers. This role involves loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Location: Oak Creek, WI Schedule: 5:30 AM – Until Route is Completed Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Duties:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading trucks
• Ride along delivery routes and assist with navigation as needed
• Deliver products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner
• Verify orders and ensure accurate delivery of items
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Communicate effectively with the driver and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous delivery, warehouse, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products throughout the shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures

Additional Expectations:

• Physically demanding position requiring lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Shift end time may vary depending on route completion
