This is a dynamic, challenging role with multiple responsibilities that require diverse skillsets. In this role, you will partner closely with our experienced Commercial Directors to support and enable Managing Director & Partners and client account teams on commercial best practices. Specific responsibilities include:Teaming with Commercial Directors on deal support (e.g., developing negotiation strategy, analytical modeling, advising on tactics) throughout the end-to-end process for establishing rate cards & MSAs, value-based pricing arrangements, investments and other complex deals Supporting drafting of commercial aspects of agreements and coordination of contract development in partnership with Legal and case teamsContributing to commercial best practices, content, and decision-making tools that enable the NAMR Commercial team and client teams Capturing and sharing competitive intelligence from deal work to help uncover trends and inform commercial strategyIdentifying, applying, and sharing AI tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across deal support activitiesWorking collaboratively with the broader NAMR Commercial team to support team-based initiatives, projects and recurring team management activitiesIn addition, you will also have opportunities to lead and contribute to initiatives that will drive innovations and enhancements to our global Revenue Management strategy and operationss You're Good At Learning new topics and skills with a combination of intellectual curiosity, desire for professional growth, and receptiveness to feedbackApplying strong analytical skills, judgement, and creativity to solve challenging problems and translate data into insights Skillfully navigating a complex matrixed organizationProviding exceptional customer service and focusing on the most critical issues to have an impact on the organization and meet business needsDeveloping strong working relationships and thoughtfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groupsExpertly communicating verbally and in writingRemaining organized and prioritizing in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, preferably an MBA, JD or PhD, a plusExperience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment3+ years of relevant professional services experience with preference for experience in law, procurement, structured finance, private equity, corporate development, management consulting or investment banking Experience in multinational environments desirableProficient in Excel and PowerPointExperience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and workflow efficiency preferredHiring level determined in line with experience and qualificationsWho You'll Work WithThe NAMR Commercial Team is recognized for the exceptional commercial support we provide to our client service MDPs. You’ll partner closely with Commercial Directors in NAMR and all other regions and Global Revenue Management. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.CompensationTotal compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role begins at $90,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $139,000 in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
