This Role Is Ideal for Someone Looking for: * Flexible Supplemental Income * Part-time Weekend Work * Customer-facing Brand Ambassador Experience * A Professional but Casual Sales-oriented Environment Events Typically Occur 1–2 Weekends per Month and Run Friday Through Sunday. The Primary Responsibility Is Generating Interest and Qualified Leads for Our Custom Home Organization Services While Professionally Representing the Closet Factory Brand. Responsibilities * Staff Branded Event Booth/Tent at Retail Partner Locations * Engage Shoppers in a Friendly, Professional, Non-pushy Manner * Explain Closet Factory Products and Services at a High Level * Generate and Qualify Customer Leads for In-home Consultations * Enter Customer Information Accurately into Salesforce Using Laptop/Tablet * Maintain a Polished and Organized Booth Presence * Coordinate with Management Regarding Event Performance and Lead Quality Qualifications * Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills * Professional Appearance and Demeanor * Comfortable Approaching and Speaking with New People * Basic Computer/Laptop Proficiency Required * Ability to Learn Salesforce CRM * Reliable, Punctual, and Organized * Sales, Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service Experience Preferred Schedule * Part-time / Event-based Role * Typically 1–2 Weekends per Month * Events Generally Run: * Friday * Saturday * Sunday * Daytime Shifts Averaging 8 Hours This Role Is Not a Traditional Weekly Schedule and Is Best Suited for Candidates Seeking Flexible Weekend-based Work.
