Junior Data Analyst with BI Skills

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills for our tech clients . This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights. You will work on enterprise-level projects building dashboards analyzing trends and supporting data-driven decision-making for U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities

• Collect clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker
• Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver insights
• Present findings to stakeholders in clear actionable formats
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Excel and BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker)
• Familiarity with Python or R for data wrangling and analysis
• Understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Exposure to data visualization storytelling for executive audiences
