Job Summary

North Andover Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team. This is a flexible per diem W-2 position with the opportunity to build up to a full-time-equivalent caseload, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule, a hybrid in-person and telehealth model, and strong administrative support so you can focus on what matters most — providing exceptional clinical care. As a valued member of our practice, you will deliver individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. We provide a steady flow of referrals, user-friendly technology, and a professional setting that promotes both autonomy and connection. Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical assessment skills.
