This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment. Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory. Job Description Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance Help customers make selections by building customer confidence Accurately document and report sales Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints Qualifications Preferred: Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background Experience working in a customer-facing environment Required: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and engaging customers Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcom #J-18808-Ljbffr 2020 Companies
