PRIMARY FUNCTION We are searching for a skilled Electrical Foreman who will grow and develop their long-term career with Kilgore Industries. The Foreman is responsible for the preparation and installation of electrical systems. Additionally, the Foreman ensures the team works in a clean and working together environment. The primary function of the Electrical Foreman is to produce quality work in a safe and productive manner. PRIMARY DUTIES Installs electrical switchgear, fixtures, raceways, conductors, devices and other electrical work in commercial, institutional and public buildings Reads and interprets blue print drawings Effectively communicates, manages and leads assigned crew members Work with the Superintendent and Project Manager well as a team Maintains a clean and safe working environment Has a good understanding on how to operate the tools in a safe and efficient manner Reports to the jobsite Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and additional hours as necessary Maintains constant communication with the Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman and Superintendent Maintains a professional working relationship with the General Contractors QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Must have a current Texas Journeyman Card 4 years of commercial electrical experience Must be a good communicator, verbal and written Must be self‑motivated, hardworking and reliable Must have general knowledge of electrical systems and the desire to advance E‑Verify, background check, physical and drug screen required Able to work in fast paced environments and accomplish tasks in a timely manner Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds Works well in a team environment Electrical tools required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Kilgore Industries, LP offers competitive compensation packages, weekly direct deposited paychecks, paid company holidays, 401K plan, as well as health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/ AD&D, STD, LTD and supplemental life insurance.
