Job Description:The Project Manager operates at the center of Edge Operations, serving as the primary intake point for emergent issues, strategic opportunities, and cross-functional project work. This role leads both emergent and enduring projects that drive operational efficiency, automation, AI integration, and tooling innovation across the organization. The Project Manager brings together multi-disciplinary teams to rapidly iterate on solutions—whether addressing known problems, conducting root-cause analysis, or managing crises in real time. This individual is a proactive change agent who filters through competing priorities to focus the organization on the highest-impact work.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead emergent and enduring projects end-to-end from intake and scoping through execution, delivery, and retrospectiveServe as the organizational intake point: receive, assess, prioritize, and route issues and opportunities to the appropriate teamsDrive rapid iteration cycles, bringing together cross-functional teams to solve problems quickly and effectivelyOwn the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and closeoutBalance a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple domains and disciplinesIdentify and execute on opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and increase operational velocityChampion and drive adoption of automation, AI-powered solutions, and tooling enhancements across the organizationDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation that scale with the teamLead cross-functional response efforts during operational crises, ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolutionConduct thorough root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrenceMaintain composure and clarity under pressure, guiding teams through ambiguity to resolutionPartner effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, cross-org collaborators)Communicate complex information clearly and concisely—both verbally and in writing—to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadershipProvide regular, structured status updates, executive summaries, and impact reportsFacilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and working sessions that drive decisions and outcomesLeverage data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and surface actionable insightsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience4-6 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiencesProven ability to effectively filtering signal from noise to focus on the most impactful workDeep comfort with data analytics: able to query, interpret, and act on data to drive decisionsTrack record of driving automation, process improvement, or AI integration initiativesSelf-starter who is proactive, organized, and disciplined in managing competing prioritiesDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting conditions, environments, and organizational needsStrong interpersonal skills; builds trust and collaborates effectively across teams and with external partnersAbility to effect change in complex organizations through influence, not just authorityPreferred (but not required) Qualifications:PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certificationsFamiliarity with network infrastructure, data center operations, or edge computing environmentsChange management certification or equivalent experience (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)Physical Demand & Work Environment:Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standingMust have the ability to move from place to place within an office environmentMust be able to use a computerMust have the ability to communicate effectively Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingersSalary Range$80,640.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
