You will tackle a diverse portfolio of cases from catastrophic injury and transportation accidents to product liability and insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts. What You Will Do

• Own your caseload, managing litigation from initial filing through to trial.
• Craft compelling pleadings, motions, and legal discovery.
• Advocate for clients in depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Develop winning litigation strategies through rigorous legal research.
• Navigate complex appellate proceedings and trial preparations.
• Collaborate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Who You Are

• An active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing with a J.D. from an accredited school.
• Experienced professional with 3–5 years in civil litigation or insurance defense.
• A sharp legal writer and oral advocate with a keen eye for detail.
• A critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
