The work you do will directly contribute to enhancing the team’s research capabilities and security selection algorithms.**This program is for currently enrolled graduate students. The deadline to apply is November 1, 2026.*** Location: this onsite position will be based out of our New York City or Kansas City office.* Program dates: June 2nd - August 6th (10 weeks)* Work schedule: 40 hours/week - Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.## **How You Will Make an Impact*** Be mentored by a quantitative researcher and interact closely with a dynamic group of quantitative investment professionals.* Lead a project aimed at improving our existing investment approach and/or analyze new opportunities.* Gain real-world experience by working with a variety of financial datasets.## **What You Bring to the Team (Required)*** This role is intended for currently enrolled Master’s students studying Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.* Understanding of, and interest in, global capital markets and investing.* Coding experience is required.* Ability to communicate technical findings and work within a team environment.* Most of all, we are looking for someone who is curious and eager to learn about data-driven underpinnings of quantitative investing, and all the fun and challenging problems that go along with it.* Demonstrates the American Century Investments Winning Behaviors: Customer Focused, Courageous and Accountable, Collaborative, Curious and Adaptable, Competitively Driven.## **Additional Assets (Preferred)*** Knowledge of Python or R.* Experience with large-scale company financial data.## **What We Offer*** Our interns receive competitive pay!
