Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Paid Training | $24–$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Manhattan, NY

Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Manhattan, NY. As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.

We are currently hiring across Manhattan and surrounding neighborhoods, including:

• Upper East Side
• Upper West Side
• Harlem
• Washington Heights
• Inwood
• Midtown
• Chelsea
• Hell’s Kitchen
• Lower East Side
• East Village
• West Village
• Tribeca
• SoHo
• Financial District
• Murray Hill
• Kips Bay
• Surrounding Manhattan areas

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

• Experience working with children preferred
  (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally throughout Manhattan
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and also welcome individuals who are interested in becoming certified.

• RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• Support available toward RBT certification
• Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs

• $24–$30/hour, based on experience and credentials
