An outgoing and quality care-focused Veterinarian can build their client base quickly with the support of a well-rounded and tenured staff.

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $135,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• This position is eligible for production-based bonuses
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• CE $2400
• Health, dental, vision, ancillary coverage, and 401k matching
• Paid time off and sick time
• Paid dues/fees for state license, DEA, and continuing education

Potential Ownership Interest: Provided you maintain continued employment and good standing with the Hospital, you may be permitted to participate in the JV Pathway to Partnership Program or similar program which may prepare you to purchase an agreed-upon ownership interest in the Hospital at a future date. The terms of any such program are subject to change at the Company's discretion and without notice. The purchase of any ownership interest shall be in accordance with any terms the Board deems appropriate at such time in the future.

About Kernersville Veterinary Hospital:

• We are a small animal hospital with four exam rooms as well as two surgical rooms
• Our practice includes a separate dental station
• Services provided include general wellness for pets as well as dentistry, diagnostic services, surgery, laser therapy, and end-of-life care
• We offer in-house *new* ultrasounds as well as digital radiographic diagnostics, tonopen procedures, and have an in-house lab
• Dental x-rays
• No walk in appts
