Role We are seeking highly motivated, competitive and entrepreneurial Therapeutic Specialists to join our growing team. The Therapeutic Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales quota, including market volume, market volume growth, and business objectives within an assigned territory. This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop your industry knowledge, sales skills, and product expertise. Responsibilities Promote and sell Trelstar and Tlando to healthcare providers including medical practices, physicians, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers within assigned customers and professional networks to enhance scope of influence Create, maintain, and increase sales within the designated territory by influencing the prescribing habits of the targeted audience, on label, and in support of patients Implement brand marketing strategies and tactics at the local level, execute managed care pull‑through and push‑through strategies, and appropriately leverage Verity resources to enhance business results Conduct daily calls (face‑to‑face and virtual) with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long‑term relationships and to achieve sales quotas and other key metrics, resulting in increased support for Verity products Develop and implement an efficient territory business plan with strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities, increase sales results, and meet strategic objectives Collaborate across Verity teams and business partners to maximize efforts and enhance business outcomes Identify and partner with stakeholders who impact healthcare decision‑making at the local level, including local healthcare providers, physician networks, and pharmacies Requirements Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2‑4 years of proven sales record with a desire for advancement Ability to become a subject‑matter expert in the Urology, Oncology, Endocrinology, and Primary Care specialties Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative Strong organizational and time‑management skills Represent Verity and the brand to its highest standards Documented sales results are required; company awards or participation in management development programs are preferred Preferred Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills are required Strong business acumen and organizational awareness Strong strategic planning and analytical skills Ability to apply a systematic approach to selling and sales procedures Significant travel required throughout the assigned area, and for national events, conferences and meetings as needed Some overnight and/or weekend travel may be required Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory Benefits Comprehensive 24‑month training program with incentive metrics Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities Competitive base salary with performance‑based incentives Vehicle allowance, full benefits Opportunity to represent industry‑leading therapies with strong clinical value Start your journey in pharmaceutical sales with a company that values innovation, integrity, and your professional growth Individuals seeking employment with Verity Pharmaceuticals are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Verity Pharmaceuticals
