Key Responsibilities: Execute precise food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients, to support our cooks and chefs. Ensure strict adherence to recipes and quality standards for all food items. Maintain an impeccable, organized, and hygienic workstation, contributing to overall kitchen cleanliness through dishwashing, sanitizing, and waste management. Uphold all food safety and sanitation regulations diligently. Provide essential support to the kitchen team during service, assisting with inventory management and operational flow. Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to management. Qualifications: Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is advantageous, though not strictly required, as we are committed to training motivated candidates. Proven ability to perform effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting. Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong, proactive work ethic.
