Production Packaging Team Member Multiple Shifts

About ILS Gummies ILS Gummies is one of the fastest-growing gummy manufacturing companies in North Texas. We run 13 production lines, employ 300+ team members, and manufacture gummies for major brands nationwide. Our operations run 24/5, focused on SQQ — Safety, Quality, Quantity. We are expanding and building a pool of production candidates to support our growing production floor. Position Summary We are seeking reliable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Production Team Members to support all stages of gummy manufacturing. In this role, you will assist with the movement of trays, support operators, monitor product quality, and maintain smooth workflow on the production line. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred due to team communication needs.
