Shift: 08:00-16:30, 8 Hour Days, rotate every other weekend

Contract Length: 91 weeks

Job Description:

Selected candidates will complete their orientation at Palms West and then transition to Lawnwood once completed.

Responsibilities:

• Complete orientation at Palms West and transition to assigned facility.
• Participate in RN/SW/CMA team for triad model in case management.
• Utilize Interqual for initial and CSR (discharge assessments).

Requirements:

• RN Florida/Compact license.
• 2-4 years RN CM experience in an acute care facility.
• Knowledge of Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile.
• Adaptable to every unit assigned and comfortable with floating.
