Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a motivated team to deliver remarkable meals in a clean and safe environment; while always ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Hands-on manage daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and ensure flow
• Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment

• Ability to adapt to various shifts. Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and/or be flexible to what our team and our guests need.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and achieving operational goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while also balancing performance metrics and administrative responsibilities.
• Must thrive-on and excel at team work
• Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant leadership role
• A passion for serving others and a track record of developing people
• Proven experience of improving FOH and BOH operations
• Must be willing and available to open and close
• Must be available both Friday and Saturday (closed on Sunday’s)

Customer Experience Excellence:

• Ensure Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring the resolution aligns with Chick-fil-A’s customer-centric approach
• Create and foster a positive customer experience culture within the restaurant

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

• Oversee inventory management to ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked, and food safety standards are met
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local, state, and federal laws to deliver exceptional food safety and quality standards
• Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement to maximize efficiency and productivity
