Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 9 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesHands-on Experience in MongoDB/NoSql is mandatory.Additional experience in any other BigData database/Java is an added advantage.Should have a proven record in designing, architecting and executing projects from solution conceptualization to delivery. Experience in Relational Data modeling, Database performance tuning, Application Integration, Database planning is an added advantage.Up-to-date on key trends and understands market dynamics and opportunities in Telecom.Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.Collaborate with business users to define business transformation rules Should possess excellent client interfacing skills and analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sittingas well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.QualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience within the Information Technologies.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
