Quality System Supp. Tech-2nd or 3rd Shift: Airedale-Lexington Rockbridge Baths, Virginia, VA Full Time Manufacturing and Production Posted 08/21/2026 Position Description The Quality System Support Technician will help to ensure that non-conforming products do not continue through the production process and are not distributed to customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections. Perform equipment calibrations and perform workstation audits. Create and maintain quality control documents and reports Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions Collaborate with production team to ensure quality standards are met Other tasks assigned by management Required Education & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree in related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Manufacturing industry or related experience. Ability to read technical drawings Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers Attention to detail Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of quality control process preferred. Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite - Microsoft word / Excel / PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Physical Requirements Frequent walking and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
