Location: Duluth, MN (402 East 2nd Street)

Start Date: 07/17/2026

Duration: Open-ended assignment

Shifts: 8, 10, 12-hour shifts (Mon-Fri); 12 or 16-hour shifts (Sat & Sun)

Hours/Week: Variable based on shifts

Employment Type: Contract

Licensure/Certs: RN Anesthetist license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain), CPR, BCLS/ACLS

Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred, new graduates with certification pending are acceptable

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $245 to $310 per hour (rate based on experience and orientation)

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care during a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, outpatient, and trauma cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a medically directed practice.
• Manage anesthesia in diverse settings: operating rooms, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT.
• Deliver patient-centered care across all age groups at a Level I trauma center.
• Assist with pre-op assessments and post-anesthesia recovery.
• Participate in scheduling, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment emphasizing safety, quality, and compassionate care.

What You Need

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Masters or Doctorate)
• Active RN Anesthetist license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCNA)
• Current CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications
• Prior CRNA experience preferred; new graduates with certification pending acceptable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
