About the Position

A well-established nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northern California is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its outpatient primary care team.

The organization has served Shasta County and surrounding Northern California communities for more than 35 years and provides comprehensive, community-based healthcare with a strong focus on improving access for medically underserved populations. The health system serves nearly 40,000 patients annually and employs more than 100 healthcare providers across multiple locations.

• Full-time outpatient position
• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages
• Work as part of an established, multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Organization offers primary care along with behavioral health, dental, vision, maternity, pediatric, urgent care, specialty, telemedicine, and community outreach services

About the Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $130,000–$180,000
