Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Flexible Hours & Growth

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Wilmington and surrounding areas. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently. Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments.
