The Credentials: A valid CT State Trade license and EPA Certification are required. The Safety Mindset: Current OSHA 10 certification. Technical Edge: Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams with precision. Professional Presence: A commitment to arriving on time, in uniform, and in the appropriate mental and physical condition to lead. The Tools: You own and maintain a full set of professional hand tools.
