Pediatrician Opportunity At WellStreet Urgent Care
At WellStreet Urgent Care, we are redefining the urgent care experience through our commitment to patient-focused service, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. Our mission is to set a new standard for patient service in urgent care and become both the provider and employer of choice in the communities we serve.
Our team members are passionate about delivering uncompromising care—one patient at a time. Through the consistent demonstration of our core values, we create exceptional experiences for our patients, support our communities, and foster an environment where team members can transform their work from a job into a calling.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare organization as we continue to expand our national network of urgent care centers. We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician who is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care while helping us deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
The Pediatrician provides comprehensive, age-appropriate medical care to patients ages 0–26 in an urgent care setting, with a primary focus on pediatric and adolescent patients. While the majority of patients seen will be children and adolescents, this provider will evaluate and treat the full spectrum of patients within the 0–26 age range, including occupational medicine and work-related injury visits when applicable.
In addition to providing direct patient care, the Pediatrician serves as a clinical resource for pediatric medicine within the center, supporting best practices and helping to elevate the care experience for younger patients and their caregivers. This role works collaboratively with center staff and providers to ensure efficient patient flow while maintaining the high standards of quality, documentation, service, and operational excellence expected across all WellStreet locations.

• Provides and/or serves as a resource for patient/family and staff education.
• Provides an authenticated report of all services rendered and maintains accurate and complete records in an acceptable manner.
• Completes necessary documentation and ensures communication to facilitate patient care and appropriate reimbursement.
• Participates in meetings/activities as required to support operations of the urgent care center.
• Participates in activities that enhance professional development, complete and maintain certification in BLS, PALS or NALS and maintain any additional specialty training or certifications as required by the area assigned.
• Performs other responsibilities as required.

• Experience with reading diagnostic studies including X-rays and EKGs.
• BLS and PALS certification required.
• Ensures high-quality care delivery through APP supervision and collaboration.
• Meets eligibility requirements for credentialing set forth by WellStreet Urgent Care.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and team members.

• A positive attitude toward patients, families, and coworkers.
• Willingness at all times to go the extra mile to create an outstanding experience for customers and to train and lead the center team to do the same.
