Warehouse Specialist

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: iStaffing Chino is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts (Stand Up Reach and Cherry Picker) and other material handling equipment, managing shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring efficient warehouse workflow. The ideal candidate will also provide excellent customer service and support to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely and efficiently load and unload shipments • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including product verification, accurate counts, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and perform data entry within inventory systems • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to resolve shipping discrepancies and support logistics operations • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and supporting overall customer satisfaction Qualifications & Skills Requirements: • Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and material handling preferred • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain patient and professional in challenging situations • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work well within a team environment • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency
